Telecaller

About the Role

We require a dedicated Telecaller to reach out to potential customers, handle inbound inquiries, and act as the first point of contact for our digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a provided database of leads to introduce company services.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales executives.
• Maintain a detailed call log and update the CRM database accurately.
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure continuous engagement.
