About the Role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation campaigns and ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects.
  • Conduct cold calls to establish initial contact with potential B2B/B2C clients.
  • Draft, review, and present professional business proposals and quotations.
  • Manage end-to-end client interactions and maintain healthy relationships.
  • Schedule and lead physical or virtual meetings with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Confidence in conducting cold outreach and client facing meetings.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced agency environment.
